For Refunds / Exchanges you MUST contact our customer service at info@fleeks.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund/exchange request.
- 1. The hair must NOT have been Installed, coloured, cut or altered in anyway shape or manner.
- 2. The hair MUST be in it's Original Bundle and NOT untied at the top.
- 3. The hair MUST be in it's Original Packaging.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
* You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order receipt must be provided.
* Depending on the situation we may ask for you to send us photos/videos of the hair product.
* Return package MUST include : Your Name, Your Contact Number, Email and Order ID.
REFUNDS : Refunds will only be issued once the product has been received checked and correct by our Head Office Team.(info@fleeks.co.uk) Then we will refund the purchase amount NOT the shipping/delivery cost.
EXCHANGE : Merchandise must be received and checked by our Head Office Team at info@fleeks.co.uk and once the product items are all correct and comply with inital request then Exchange will be Granted.
